#20 Double Chocolate Mousse Cake

I intended to make a white chocolate mousse cake but I made a mistake on the recipe and I didn’t have enough white chocolate mousse so I had to make the choc mousse to put on top of it.

First time to use chocolate for decorating

I was not so smooth but i looked kinda good anyway 😀

The sponge cake was good but the mousse was overbeaten.

I really like Milano cookie from Pepperridge farm so much. I tried this recipe  to see if it’s the same kind of cookie as Milano but it is not, definitely not. not even close
